A unique feature of the institute is the FLN and Balvatika Lab, which focuses on foundational literacy and numeracy as well as early childhood education. Under the guidance of Mrs. Smitashree Biswal, Senior Teacher Educator, this lab emphasizes activity-based learning, child-centered pedagogy, and innovative teaching methods to develop foundational skills in young learners.
