3. Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • To regularly evaluate the effectiveness and quality of in-service programs and implement improvements for better outcomes.
  • To act as a reference and resource center for teachers pursuing continuous education and skill enhancement.

4. Research and Innovation:

  • To act as the nodal branch for action research and innovation activities, both in-house and in collaboration with schools.
  • To disseminate research findings and innovative practices through publications, newsletters, and seminars.

5. Field Interaction and Networking:

  • To facilitate meaningful interactions between DIET, educational authorities, and field practitioners to address challenges in education delivery.
  • To serve as a clearinghouse for innovative practices, research outcomes, and field-tested strategies.
